The annual meeting was held March 25th, 2009 was a successful year for new people volunteering to help out with activities but we still need some more people to come forward. If you are interested in helping out please contact any of the executives. Your association needs you. Please consider how you can help in 2009. It’s a great opportunity to meet people and help out in your community. Contact information is available on the website.

2009 Membership Fees due April 30th

Please remember to pay your membership fees by April 30th. There is no increase for 2009.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
UBII Member $315 (after April 30 $365)
Associate Member $465 (after April 30 $515)
Swimming Lessons $25

Please make cheques payable to: UBII HOMES ASSOCIATION and submit your payment along with a completed fee slip (see attached PDF) to your street rep by April 30th.

WELCOME! If you have purchased your home in the past year, please make sure that we have your name and address correct for our records. We have a complete members list at the pool, so you can confirm or correct information as necessary by dropping by.

Your UBII Homes Association exists to foster a welcoming environment for all of our residents by promoting community activities, maintaining our rec centre, and addressing municipal affairs. Our regular membership area includes 237 Members and 75 Associate Members. The homes in our association are on the following streets. Associate members are from other areas in the region.
